The leading monk in front wears an orange turban and orange robes with a shawl draped over one shoulder, sandals on his feet, and holds a small framed picture in his hand. Beside and behind him, monks in maroon-and-gold dhotis and orange shawls walk barefoot or in sandals, one gesturing with an outstretched arm and another carrying a long pole across his shoulder. A figure in white stands at the left edge.2014-11-21A photograph of four men walking single file across a grassy, open field with scattered shrubs and low hills in the background under an overcast sky. The man in front wears a full orange-saffron robe and carries a walking stick, with long dark hair. Behind him walk three men in white dhoti-style clothing with orange-saffron shawls draped over their shoulders. Concrete posts stand in the ground at the right and lower left, and a red-earth patch lies in the foreground.2007-08-11
