A long table draped in a floral print cloth holds several large stainless steel pots and trays of food. Several volunteers stand behind the table serving: a man in a white kurta with a lanyard and ID badge serves with a ladle, a woman in a yellow top with bangles serves beside him, and a man in a grey shirt with a lanyard serves further along. A person in a white outfit and another in green stand at the right end near a small handwritten sign with an arrow. Nobody in the scene is identifiable as the a person candidate, and the setting reads as an ashram food distribution (annadan).2009-12-12January 01 20082008-01-01July 17 20112011-07-17 +2 copiesAnnadhan in 20132013-01-01 +1 copiesJune 01 20092009-06-01September 15 20142014-09-15A serving line in a plain white-walled hall where volunteers in white clothes with red lanyards serve food from large stainless steel pots onto metal plates. Several women and men in white stand behind a long table draped with a floral cloth, ladling dal and rice. In the foreground a young girl in a white polka-dot top reaches for a plate, and a woman in a yellow top holds a steel plate of salad and fried bread. An orange curtain hangs in the background window, and a purple logo appears at lower left. This appears to be an annadan meal service.2009-12-10
