February 24 20112011-02-24A photograph of a seated figure in a maroon and gold saffron-toned dress with a gold beaded necklace and a bare upper arm, placing a hand on the forehead of a young man in white kurta with an orange lanyard, who has his palms pressed together in reverence. A woman in white holds a sheet of paper beside them. Behind, gold deity murti and brass oil lamps stand against a red backdrop, with other white-clad devotees wearing orange lanyards and a standing person in maroon with rudraksha mala. The seated figure's appearance is consistent with the page's reference to a person, but the face and presentation are not distinctive enough to confirm identity.2015-10-06A photograph of a darshan moment on a ship event stage. A man in a saffron-orange garment with long rudraksha malas and a gold necklace stands at left, his bare right arm raised with the palm pressed to the forehead of a man at right. That man wears a white kurta, an orange-red shawl and rudraksha beads, with his hands raised palm-out in receptive gesture and an ID badge at his chest. Several people in white kurtas and orange-red shawls stand in the background, and a white-and-orange badge hangs on another attendee. The left figure has distinctive saffron robes, long malas and gold ornaments, matching the a person appearance cues for the blessing giver, while the right figure is a devotee receiving blessing.2012-12-16February 24 20112011-02-24Night outdoor photo of a man with swept-back dark hair and a vertical tilak on his forehead, wearing a maroon-red shawl over an orange-saffron lower garment, standing with palms pressed together in anjali mudra and gazing upward. Behind him, a man in white dhoti and shirt with a red-orange scarf stands with hands folded, and another man in white with a white-and-red border cloth and orange sacred thread also joins palms. Dark background with a small glowing lamp at top. Three to four people are visible.2013-09-05A bald man in a red-and-white dhoti and red shawl sits with palms pressed together before a long-haired man in an orange-red wrap, who holds his hands near the bald man's face in a blessing gesture. The long-haired man wears a rudraksha mala, a beaded bracelet and a thick bead necklace. Behind them a golden kalasha-like ceremonial object and a gold pillar stand near a red backdrop, while several women in white, red and pink saris and kurtas, one wearing a red shawl, stand watching in the background. The scene resembles a blessing or diksha at a satsang event.2016-04-28A photograph of a satsang-style gathering in an indoor hall. In the foreground, a bare-shouldered man in a rust-orange garment with a wrap, a long dark braid, and a rudraksha-style bead mala sits and touches the forehead of a young bearded man in a white t-shirt and orange-red patterned shawl, who holds his palm up in front of his face with eyes closed. A yellow tilak is marked on the first man's forehead. Behind them, devotees in orange and white garments with orange shawls sit on mats, and a golden staff and a small electronic device with drumsticks rest on the floor. A woman in a floral white dress stands at the right edge, and a deity murti is visible in the background.2015-10-10A shaved-headed man seated cross-legged in an orange-red robe with gold border, wearing a long multi-strand rudraksha mala, white horizontal tripundra lines and a red bindi on his forehead, with both hands raised palms-out in a blessing gesture. A second orange-robed person's hand is visible at left, and another hand and seated devotees in orange appear at the edges, with a brass vessel at lower right. The page indicates a satsang, but the image itself shows a ritual gathering rather than a named event.2013-03-03February 24 20112011-02-24June 30 20122012-06-30 +1 copiesDecember 16 20122012-12-16July 23 20122012-07-23
