Behind the altar sits a white statue of a seated figure in orange robes with a crown, and a deity murti in a niche. Garlands of flowers, brass oil lamps, a bell, a kalasha-like vessel and a brass plate sit on the altar. He wears a rudraksha mala and his hair is tied in a knot at the back of his head. Behind him, a seated white statue draped in orange with an orange turban and rudraksha beads sits on a raised platform, flanked by brass oil lamps and a silver-ornamented deity murti garlanded with yellow marigolds and purple flowers. A red curtain hangs at right and a red-walled building and iron gate stand in the background. The scene reads as a devotional prostration at a shrine.2011-01-31A photograph of a devotee in an orange robe and maroon sash bowing forward with his forehead resting on a grey stone ledge, hands pressed to the stone, a dark rudraksha mala hanging from his neck. Behind him, a brass oil lamp and small brass vessels sit on a stone altar beside a garland-draped deity murti in orange robes with a crown, hands raised in blessing. A red curtain and a red-and-white striped wall frame the temple interior. The figure bowing is a devotee, not a confirmed identity; the statue is a deity murti.2011-02-11A photograph of a person in an orange saffron robe with a rudraksha mala around the neck bending forward to touch a carved stone altar or yajna platform with the forehead and hands. The figure has dark hair tied at the back and stands barefoot on a woven mat. On the left, a stone pillar with carved lion-like figures, brass vessels, a silver tray with yellow marigold garlands and red flowers, and a brass kalasha-style pot sit on a raised stone platform. On the right, a tall gold-framed oval backdrop, a red draped cloth, wooden display boxes lined with red fabric, and a rudraksha mala lie near the floor. Orange and red painted walls with curtains form the background.2010-10-30
