At the centre, a figure in orange robes and gold necklaces walks beneath a red and gold ceremonial parasol held aloft, with a ceremonial staff visible beside it. Around them, sannyasis in saffron-orange robes and orange turbans carry orange sashes and walk in step. Men in white kurtas and white dhotis, some with orange scarves, walk alongside, and a man in a yellow cap and white clothes carries a shoulder bag. Most walkers wear saffron-orange robes and some wear white dhotis or kurtas. A man in the right foreground wears long hair and orange robes and holds a long staff, with an orange-robed companion beside him. On the right, a large ornate umbrella with fringed red and gold fabric and a yellow embroidered banner with a blue emblem is carried above the group. Children in white shirts, red and blue clothing mingle among the adults. Trees and a distant hill stand in the background under a pale sky.2006-10-21
