Many wear saffron-orange robes and shawls, including women in orange saris with red blouses, and several men in white dhotis with gold borders, shaved-headed, with hands pressed together in anjali. In front of them are green banana leaves set with small piles of food, white cups and flowers, and a few candles or lamps. Framed portraits hang on the far wall above colourful fabric bunting, and a seated figure in orange sits near the centre front. The scene suggests a satsang or ritual meal gathering.2011-11-07Photograph of a large hall with rows of seated devotees on orange mats in front of green leaf plates, many with hands pressed in anjali. Foreground women wear white saris with orange borders and orange shawls; rows behind wear white dhotis and white shirts. Hanging striped banners and ceiling fans are visible. The page indicates a live satsang talk, but no presenter is clearly visible in the frame.
