A photograph of an unfinished two-storey concrete block building under construction beneath a clear blue sky. Grey breeze-block walls show window and door openings without frames, the upper section is partly plastered and the roofline is partly tiled. A dirt yard in the foreground holds sand heaps, scattered firewood, loose bricks and stacked stone blocks, and a small dark figure stands far to the left near the building's edge. No deities, rituals or identifiable people are the focus.

A photograph of an unfinished construction site under a clear pale sky. On the right, a large red-walled building with a curved green corrugated metal roof and small finials on top stands beside a long, partly built grey block wall with rectangular openings and a open-sided roof. Heaps of sand or earth lie on bare dirt ground, with scattered building materials, rubble and rolls of sheeting in the foreground. A few trees and palms stand at the left edge. A small figure in white is faintly visible in a doorway of the red building, but no one is clearly posed as a subject. No people are prominent in the scene.

One figure in white clothing is partly visible near the verandah.
