December 15 20062006-12-15 +1 copiesA photograph of a food-serving scene at a crowded hall. A man in an orange saffron robe with long swept-back dark hair and dark rudraksha-style beaded malas stands at a dark counter, extending his right hand to place a sweet piece onto a steel plate held by a woman in a magenta salwar kameez. Several more steel plates holding cubes of sweets sit on the counter, and plastic sheets line them. Behind, people in white clothing, including a white-shirted older man and young women in white with pink dupattas, gather around. A grey-haired man in the foreground is partly visible at the lower right. The Swamiji candidate's appearance matches the page's claim of his presence, with distinctive long swept-back hair, saffron robe and malas, so this is an appearance-based probable identification.A photograph of a home visit in an indoor room with framed pictures on the wall. A man in an orange turban, orange robe and white flower garland with rudraksha beads sits smiling at right, a woman in a blue blouse and sari bows forward with her hands pressed to her face, and a man in white shirt and white dhoti holds a metal plate with liquid. A woman in green blouse and pale sari rests a hand on the seated figure. Several onlookers stand behind, some with palms pressed together. Appearance cues are present but the page does not state a person is at this event, so identity is uncertain.July 23 20062006-07-23 +1 copiesA photograph of an annadan-style meal offering at a seated ritual. A smiling woman in a white blouse and purple-bordered sari kneels on a red mat, holding out rice from a leaf plate. Facing her, a figure with a long dark back and bare shoulders wears an orange turban and orange cloth; he is seated on a low wooden platform with a banana leaf holding vegetables, a papad, pickles and sweets. Men in white dhotis and white shirts stand behind, and a small metal cup and tumbler sit on the mat in the foreground.2006-11-12A photograph of a seated woman in orange robes wearing a rudraksha mala and a clear plastic glove, handing prasad sweet pieces to a devotee. An attendant in white clothing holds a steel tray of cut sweets and wears a lanyard badge with a small portrait of a saffron-clad figure labelled Nithyananda Spurana Programme. The devotee in a striped blouse and dark braided hair cups her hands to receive the offering.2006-12-15A photograph of a food distribution line in a hall. A man in saffron-orange robes with a beaded rudraksha-style mala and swept-back dark hair leans across a counter, extending his arm to hand a food item onto a silver plate lined with clear plastic. Nearby, a young woman in a pink and white saree with a red bindi and bangles accepts a plate, and a girl in white with an orange shawl stands behind. Several stainless steel plates sit on the counter. A partly visible older man with grey hair is in the foreground. Another orange-clad person stands at the right edge.February 13 20092009-02-13October 12 20062006-10-12February 06 20072007-02-06A photograph of a seated figure in an orange saffron turban and orange robe, with white and orange flower garlands, extending a hand over a steel tray to a young woman with glasses and a red-and-beige shawl who holds out her cupped palms. Behind them a crowd stands in a room with framed pictures on the wall; a middle-aged man in a white shirt with an ID badge stands centrally, and a woman in a green blouse and white sari holds a metal plate of fruit. Several onlookers have tilak marks on their foreheads and some press palms together in greeting. The scene resembles a paada pooja or prasadam distribution. The seated figure in orange matches the a person cues, with a saffron turban, flowing dark hair and ornate garlands, but the appearance is only partly visible, so the identification is uncertain.A photograph of a crowded indoor room where a seated figure in an orange saffron robe and orange turban offers something from a brass bowl of rice on a small white table to a woman in a magenta pink silk saree, who holds out cupped hands. The seated figure has long dark hair and a smiling expression. Behind them, several onlookers in white shirts, a man in a white dhoti, women in saree and a child holding a camera watch closely. A pink and white marking is visible on the floor near the seated figure.
