May 10 20152015-05-10A large group yoga session on striped woven mats on a red floor. Many participants in black, navy and white athletic clothing perform forward bends and stretches. In the foreground a shirtless bald man with a red-brown cloth around his neck bends forward, feet extended, while a man in a white shirt with grey hair bends down in the lower left. Behind them an ornate golden shrine with deity murtis and red drapes frames the hall, and a screen at the top shows a video feed. Several people are visible in the back, including a figure in white.2016-12-17A large hall with patterned cream wall panels and wooden columns, where people in black t-shirts and black trousers practise yoga on red and blue mats. In the foreground a bearded man with long hair tied back is in a kneeling forward-bending pose, hands planted on the mat. Beside him an older man in a black shirt kneels with hands on the mat, watching. Behind them rows of participants in similar stance on mats, several wearing orange lanyards, and a volunteer in black stands at the back. No visible saffron robes, crown or rudraksha; the foreground man's appearance does not clearly meet the identification cues, so the figure is described by role as a yoga participant.2015-05-10A group yoga session on striped cotton mats over a red floor. In the foreground a man in a black t-shirt and white trousers lies on his back on a green-and-blue striped mat, lifting both feet high while holding his ankles. Beside him a man with grey hair and a beard, wearing a black t-shirt and dark trousers, bends forward to hold his toes on a yellow-and-pink mat. Behind them participants in black t-shirts stretch in forward bends and seated poses. Small folded towels sit on the mats. No teacher or deity is visible, and no one is identifiable as a person in this frame.2016-12-17December 17 20162016-12-17July 19 20142014-07-19December 21 20232023-12-21Photograph of a yoga session in a temple-style hall with red floor and colourful striped woven mats. Several participants in black athletic tops and dark shorts or trousers kneel and bend forward in a child's pose-style posture, foreheads near the mat, hands stretched out. Some wear white cords around their necks. A gold-coloured wristband is visible on one arm. Background shows blurred gold ornamentation and other participants in similar postures, with no clearly visible presiding figure.2016-12-17December 23 20172017-12-23A large hall with white draped walls and colourful orange-and-patterned hanging banners overhead. A man with short greyish hair, wearing a white t-shirt, black trousers and a small pendant necklace, stands barefoot with palms pressed together overhead in a yoga pose, eyes closed. Around him many participants on red mats and striped mats perform asanas: some bent forward, some with arms raised in namaste overhead, some seated or lying down. A bald man with glasses in a grey shirt sits at the lower left, and a man in a pink-white kurta stands at the right. Stacked folded mats occupy the right foreground.2016-12-14December 03 20132013-12-03April 16 20182018-04-16 +1 copies
