A large dark black Shiva lingam stands on a tiered base covered in a dense pattern of marigold and mixed flower garlands in orange, yellow, white, purple and green. Garlands wrap around the lingam's rounded top. Several people in orange and saffron robes stand on a white metal staircase and a railing at left, some looking down toward the lingam. A wall and a plain pale sky fill the background. The scene appears to be a Shiva abhishekam-style decoration on a raised platform.
