A tilak-style mark with a red dot decorates its forehead. Behind it are a dirt yard, green shrubs, palm trees and an unfinished concrete building. At the right edge, a copper-toned vessel top and a plate of red flowers and offerings are visible, with a partial hand in the corner.2007-09-24January 06 20132013-01-06March 03 20152015-03-03A photograph of a large dark stone Nandi bull statue lying on a raised black plinth atop an orange base, outdoors under a corrugated shelter. The bull wears a garland of white and yellow flowers with red blooms around its neck, and its body carries carved geometric saddle patterns. White vertical tilak-like marks appear on its flank. Behind it are orange-walled buildings, palm trees and a paved courtyard in warm late-day light.
