Outdoor ritual on red stone steps lined with black stone pedestals and brass vessels. In the foreground a bare-chested man with short dark hair, a rudraksha mala around his neck and a beaded bracelet, raises both arms with hands joined in a mudra. Behind him, seated participants on the steps perform hand gestures; one man in the centre has bare shoulders and white dhoti-style cloth, another in an orange shawl wears a rudraksha mala, and a woman in a pink and grey outfit sits at left. A small green cup, a brass bowl and a pink bag sit among the offerings.

Several young male devotees sit in rows on red-and-grey stepped stone platforms beside many small black stone shivalingas. They are bare-chested with rudraksha malas, white ash markings on their foreheads and arms, and wear orange and white dhotis. Their hands are raised in prayer and one devotee touches his forehead. Brass vessels and small offerings lie on the steps. No a person candidate is visible, so the figures are described by role only.

A young boy in a bare-chested ritual stance stands in the foreground, raising his right fist, wearing an orange-saffron dhoti-style cloth wrapped at the waist and a rudraksha mala across his chest. His face and shoulders bear white ash or tilak markings, and a sacred thread is visible. Behind him, tiered red stone steps are filled with seated participants, many in white clothes, and rows of small black lingam-shaped shrines or dark vessels with gold-tipped decorations fill the steps, with a bright yellow flag-like pole beside him. The background is softly blurred.

Photograph of a row of shirtless male priests seated on red-painted steps among many dark cylindrical stone lingams, a ritual setting in a temple courtyard. The foreground priest in the right of frame wears a rudraksha mala, a white forehead mark and white body markings, and holds his palms together in a gesture of prayer. Others in the row wear white dhoti cloths and orange-saffron cloths over one shoulder, with rudraksha malas, white tripundra marks and white ash on their bodies, some with hands raised or folded in worship. A brass lota and small brass vessels sit near the front. The priests are seated, not facing the camera directly, and no one in the scene is clearly identifiable as a specific presiding figure.

A large group of devotees sit on red-painted stone steps in an outdoor ritual setting, with many small black stone shivalinga-style pedestals along the steps. Most men are bare-chested wearing white dhotis with yellow-gold borders and rudraksha malas, while several others wear orange-saffron cloths. Brass kalashas and oil lamps sit before them, and a few hold conch shells and small brass vessels. Some people meditate with eyes closed, and an orange flame glows at the lower right. Tall green trees and a chain-link fence sit behind the steps.

Several shirtless male devotees sit in a row on red-tiered steps beside rows of black stone Shivalinga, each with a dark rudraksha mala. Several wear white dhotis and orange cloth; some have white horizontal stripes on their chests and foreheads, and one has a white forehead band. Their hands are raised in gesture during a ritual. Brass pots and lamps stand among the lingas. Some people are seen toward the edges.

A photograph of many men seated on tiered red steps at an outdoor ritual site, with dark stone pedestals and rows of brass kalasha pots and oil lamps arranged along the steps. Most wear white or orange-red dhotis and bare-chested with rudraksha malas; several in orange or saffron cloth hold brass implements. A central figure in a white dhoti and shawl sits near the middle of the steps, with a rudraksha mala. Lush trees and a chain-link fence stand behind, with red flags at the right. Scattered men in white and orange ritual dress complete the scene.

Outdoor ritual on a red carpeted stage before tiered steps lined with rows of brass oil lamps and seated participants in white, orange and red clothing. In the foreground a young bare-chested man in an orange dhoti stands with palms pressed together in namaskar, a tall brass staff beside him. A second person in an orange garment stands at right. At left a gold-coloured throne base with a red cushion stands empty. Many seated devotees fill the stone tiers behind, some in white, some bare-chested. No clear appearance-based cues for a person candidate are visible.
