A photograph of a flower-filled white plastic tub set before a brass plate. A cutout printed image of a smiling man with long dark hair, rudraksha-style beaded necklace and orange robe stands in the tub, and a small framed photo in front of it shows a smiling man in an orange turban and beaded necklace with one hand raised in blessing. Pink lotus petals, orange and yellow petals, green leaves and sprigs fill the tub, with a small blue bowl of dark seeds or kumkum-like offering. Printed portraits are not physical people, so no physical people are present.

Behind him is a gold-toned ornate backdrop framed by yellow marigold, white jasmine and magenta and red blossoms. A gold necklace is visible at his chest, and a white flower is tucked into his hair. Pink and red rose petals cover the foreground. White jasmine petals cover his chest and lap, pink rose petals spill across the middle, and bright yellow marigold petals fill the foreground. Red and orange flower garlands hang along the top left and right. A small silver necklace or pendant is visible at the turban. The scene suggests a floral welcome or abhishekam-style offering of flowers. The flat pink-gold palette dominates the frame.2012-07-03A smiling man with long dark swept-back hair and a red bindi sits in a red zebra-striped throne decorated with yellow, red and purple flower garlands and white jasmine.
