A group of about ten men seated cross-legged on an orange mat in a dim hall, palms pressed together in namaskar with eyes closed. They wear white dhotis and white shirts or shawls, several with orange-and-maroon bordered cloths and white vertical tilak marks on their foreheads. A line of metal pots and vessels sits on a steel table at the back, and a yellow bucket is at the right edge. The setting suggests a devotional gathering or satsang, but no single figure is clearly identifiable as a person.

A photograph of a seated group of about two dozen men in white dhotis and white upper cloths, many with shaved heads and white marks on their bodies, sitting on orange mats on a pale tiled floor. Small oil lamps, brass dishes and bowls of offerings are placed before them. In the foreground a man in an orange robe sits at the right edge, and a whiteboard on an easel with handwritten notes stands at the upper right. Several people sit on plastic chairs in the background. The scene reads as a meditative puja gathering in an ashram hall.

Shaved-headed men in plain white dhotis sit cross-legged on woven mats with palms pressed together in namaste, eyes closed in prayer. Brass lamps, incense sticks and small brass vessels with offerings sit on orange cloths and trays on the tiled floor. Behind them, a framed image of a deity murti decorated with a garland hangs against an orange drape near a window. Several other seated devotees are visible behind the front row, some in white and one in orange, in a satsang or puja setting. The front-row men wear rudraksha malas and one wears a wristband. No figure in the scene is clearly identifiable as a person by appearance.
