Night outdoor ritual at Tiruvannamalai Adheenam: rows of black stone Shivalingams, each draped with a white cloth bordered in gold and wrapped with a yellow and red-green marigold garland, set on a pale paved ground. Floodlights and lamp posts light the scene, with people in white clothing moving in the distance. Foreground includes orange and pink flower offerings.
