On a raised stage, a figure in saffron-orange robes sits on a red-cushioned throne under a white canopy with gold carvings, flanked by golden lion-like sculptures and trishula staffs. A standing attendant in white dhoti with a gold-bordered shawl stands to the right of the stage. Rows of seated devotees, mostly bare-chested in white dhotis and some in white or red garments, face the stage, with a camera on a tripod and a cameraman at the edge. Brass and gold ritual posts line the front of the stage.2017-05-14May 14 20172017-05-14May 14 20172017-05-14October 13 20172017-10-13Wide view of a Hindu satsang hall facing a stage draped in deep red curtains with colourful striped hangings. A man in orange-red clothing with a white flower garland sits on an ornate golden throne, with gold trident-topped stands and a golden tree canopy above. A camera operator on a tripod films from the right, and a large audience in white and light clothes sits in rows facing the stage. A sign reading Tatpurusha hangs on the upper wall. Possibly a discourse or question-and-answer session. The seated man shows distinctive long hair and saffron-coloured garments, a person candidate though his face is not clearly identifiable.2017-04-02A large hall with red drapes and a gilded golden shrine structure with a canopy decorated with green leaves and colourful garlands. At the centre, a seated figure with a golden crown and white flower garland sits in the middle of the golden dais, flanked by golden ornamental panels and a golden deity statue on the left. Dozens of seated devotees fill the foreground, many wearing white dhotis and shawls, some in saffron/orange robes and turbans, some bare-chested. Camera operators and a woman in a white sari stand on the stage at right with video equipment on tripods. A banner with partial text hangs at the top. The scene suggests a formal satsang or darshan event.2017-08-13 +2 copiesPhotograph of a seated discourse in a hall with red draped curtains and ornate gold carved panels. A man in a saffron-orange robe sits cross-legged on a large gold throne with lion-figure armrests and a canopy. He is an appearance-based candidate for a person: long hair swept back, saffron-orange robe, and ornate gold throne seating, though the face is too small to confirm. Rows of seated men in white dhoti and shawls, many bare-chested with sacred threads, face the stage with their backs to the camera. Several video cameras on tripods film the stage, and a woman in a red-brown sari sits at the far right, with a kneeling cameraperson at the edge.2017-09-03November 08 20172017-11-08A photograph of a hall with deep red curtains and golden carved pillars. On a raised dais, a long-haired man with a bare upper body and ornate adornments sits on a silver and white ornate throne with a canopy, holding a tablet device. Several cameras on tripods film the stage. In the foreground, dozens of seated devotees in saffron and orange robes face the stage, some with shaved heads, and a golden statue stands at the right. A banner reading Jaipurusha hangs at the top, and a golden lotus lamp glows beside the throne.2017-11-08
