A photograph of a hall with rows of white plastic chairs and a green-floored central aisle. A person in a saffron-orange robe and matching orange turban walks barefoot down the aisle with palms pressed together in namaste, wearing a rudraksha mala and a gold pendant necklace. Behind them a man in a red kurta and white dhoti walks close by. Seated and standing people along both sides, some with hands folded in greeting, including a woman in a green sari with gold border and a man in a patterned shirt on the right. A wooden-panelled wall and a clock sit at the back.2004-07-26 +1 copiesA crowd of devotees in white clothes stands behind metal barricades under a tent canopy. In the centre, two saffron-robed figures walk forward, one in orange garments and one in a darker orange robe, with a shaved-head monk-like figure among them. The figures are surrounded by people with hands folded in anjali, and a red and gold deity or altar setting is visible in the background.2010-09-13A photograph of a procession down a narrow aisle under a decorated ceiling with hanging paper streamers and lamps. A man in orange-saffron robes walks at the centre of the aisle with long dark hair swept back, which is a compatible presentation; he may be the a person, though appearance is uncertain. Devotees line both sides behind metal railings: men in white shirts with hands pressed together in anjali, and women in colourful saris, some holding flowers or offerings. A man in white at left also has palms joined. The scene suggests a darshan or procession.2011-11-29 +1 copiesA photograph of a temple-style ritual scene. A man in saffron-orange robes with long swept-back dark hair and multiple rudraksha malas stands centre-right, facing a row of men in white shirts and trousers who have their palms pressed together in greeting. On the right, a shaved-headed priest in orange clothing holds a silver tray of offerings. Behind them, saffron and white fabric hangs from the ceiling beside a wall with a decorative pillar, and a few other people stand in the background.2010-10-20A photograph inside an indoor hall with a red-carpeted floor where a line of men in white clothing stands with palms pressed together in greeting. In the centre, a figure in orange saffron robes carries a silver tray with offerings, and beside them a second figure in orange robes with a shaved head walks forward. A man in a light blue shirt stands at the left edge, and a warm yellow lamp hangs near the top right. The scene looks like a ritual procession or reception of a swami; the figure in orange carrying the tray is an ordinary sannyasi-style devotee, and no identity can be attributed from appearance.2010-12-05November 10 20052005-11-10 +1 copiesJanuary 04 20122012-01-04September 20 20072007-09-20 +1 copiesJuly 31 20102010-07-31January 18 20122012-01-182004-SPH-JGM-Vijaya-Yatra-To-Malaysia-And-Singapore +1 copies2010 - Photo Album
