April 08 20112011-04-08A photograph of a ritual scene in a hall. On the left, a figure seated on an ornate gold throne with red cushions wears an orange-red turban, orange-red robes and long beaded necklaces, and holds a white cup; a person is seated there, with distinctive turban and ceremonial cues. Beside him stands a gold-framed altar draped in turquoise cloth and layered with bright multicolored garlands, with two deity murti visible beneath them. On the right, a bare-chested priest in an orange-red dhoti and shawl, with a rudraksha mala, holds a lit lamp toward the altar. Brass oil lamps and small flames sit on the red floor carpet, and a pedestal fan stands in the background beside a maroon curtain.2014-11-11September 01 20112011-09-01April 08 20112011-04-08A seated man in saffron-orange robes and a rudraksha mala speaks into a microphone while seated on a golden ornate throne decorated with white and yellow flower garlands. Beside him stands a golden peacock-shaped throne-like seat holding a silver statue of a saint in red robes with a red head covering, also draped in colourful garlands. Small brass oil lamps burn near the throne, and a red cloth drapes over the chair back against a dark blue curtain. The man's appearance with long swept-back hair, saffron robes and rudraksha mala is consistent with the page's Swamiji reference, so this is a probable match. The scene shows a satsang discourse at a stage setting.2010-12-28A photograph of a golden peetha-style throne with a seated figure in saffron-orange clothing, wearing a rust-red turban, a rudraksha mala and a beaded necklace, smiling toward a deity murti on the right. The deity murti of Subrahmanya is a golden peacock vehicle (mayura vahana) with a standing figure heavily garlanded in yellow and red flowers, wearing a crown, silver-toned ornaments and multiple necklaces, flanked by two consort figures also garlanded. The scene is a festival stage setting.2014-10-26November 13 20132013-11-13 +1 copiesA photo of a satsang stage decorated with flower garlands in red, yellow, white and pink. A seated figure in saffron-orange robes, a saffron turban and a rudraksha-style necklace sits on a large gilded throne draped with a garland-covered backrest and a green cloth, smiling. A carved gilded deity murti in a niche to the left is also wrapped in garlands and a green skirt. A gold-painted dais and a flower-decorated floor complete the setting. Only one physical person is visible.2013-04-20A seated man in an ornate gold and red throne on a stage, wearing an orange-and-peach turban with a jewelled ornament, a red and white flower garland, and a dusty-brown draped robe. Beside him stands a tall golden canopy decorated with multicoloured flower garlands, sheltering a deity murti wrapped in garlands. A brass oil lamp with a lit flame and a small floral arrangement sit on a golden pedestal in the foreground, with a microphone on a stand at left. The backdrop is a large purple-toned image of a face. The scene suggests a satsang or discourse setting.2011-08-31October 16 20102010-10-16 +2 copiesA photograph of a golden throne on a stage with a seated man in a saffron-orange and gold robe, orange turban, and beaded necklace, smiling and seated on a red cushioned golden seat draped with a tiger-striped cloth. Beside him, a second golden throne-like seat is adorned with long garlands of yellow, red, purple and white flowers, holding a deity murti wearing a crown, with an orange cloth draped over the seat and a blue skirt-like drape below. Maroon velvet curtains and a painted pillared backdrop in pink, green and orange frame the stage. The setting resembles a satsang hall, with a wall-mounted air conditioner at right. The seated man is an appearance-based probable Swamiji candidate, identifiable by his orange turban, saffron clothing and beaded mala; the page indicates he is present at this event.2013-11-12April 15 20132013-04-15 +3 copies
