Behind him, out of focus, several people in white and light clothing stand in a white hall, and a red-upholstered chair with carved silver trim is at his right. The picture appears to be a photograph of a ceremonial gathering. He wears a magenta-red silk garment with a wide gold zari border draped over his shoulder, with long rudraksha malas and a gold pendant depicting a shrine-like figure hanging on his chest. A small earpiece wire is visible at his ear, and his hands rest on a white sheet of paper at the bottom of the frame. Appearance-based cues, including the saffron-red attire with gold border, rudraksha malas and ceremonial gold pendant, suggest a person seated in a session setting.2011-07-18 +1 copiesMay 09 20122012-05-09 +1 copies
