A white marble statue of a seated guru figure is the main subject, wearing a turquoise-blue turban and matching blue draped cloth with a shimmering edge, a red bindi on the forehead, and red-and-gold rudraksha mala beads around the neck and wrist. The right hand is raised in a blessing gesture. Behind it stand a garment of white and gold-bordered cloth, a rich jewelled ceremonial necklace on a maroon velvet backdrop, yellow and red marigold garlands, and a blurred blue-clad figure at right. No living people are visible. This is a statue, so the a person value is depiction.2011-11-12A white marble statue of a seated figure in a lilac-purple wrap and matching purple turban, with a red bindi on the forehead.
