A photograph of a ritual preparation scene with a small wooden press or frame over an open fire, smoke rising around it. A seated figure in a rust-red robe, wearing a dense rudraksha bead garment, a leopard-print headwrap and a small microphone clipped near the face, rests a hand on the wooden frame. A standing attendant with rudraksha malas and a red shirt leans in from the left, and a seated attendant in white dhoti with white sandalwood-style markings on the arms works at the base over the flame. A stone mortar and pestle sit in the foreground, and a bright golden backdrop with green plants frames the scene.
