Behind him hangs a framed portrait of a long-haired figure in orange seated under a tree, and deep red drapes cover the wall. Around thirty devotees sit cross-legged on orange mats on the tiled floor, mostly men in white and women in saree and salwar, with braided hair, listening. A white board and a standing fan stand at the right edge. Several people are seated in the foreground with water bottles and papers. The teacher wears a rudraksha mala and his long dark hair falls to his shoulders, matching the portrait's appearance; this is a probable Swamiji. The setting suggests a satsang or discourse.A seated man in orange robes sits cross-legged on a cream-upholstered armchair on a stage before a deep red velvet curtain. A small vase of yellow and pink flowers rests on a white pedestal to his left, and two studio lights on stands flank the stage. In the foreground, an audience sits on the floor and in black chairs: a bald man in a white shirt at left, women with long braided hair in white, yellow and pink saris and salwar kameez, and a dark-haired person in the lower right. A camera on a tripod is at left. The man in orange is a candidate for the a person depicted here, but his face and features are not clearly distinctive enough to confirm, so his identity is uncertain.2010-08-08A photograph of a teaching session in a hall with a deep magenta velvet drape behind a white stage. A bald man in saffron-orange robes and an orange shawl stands on the stage holding a microphone and speaking. A tripod-mounted video camera stands at the front left. Seated on orange mats facing the stage are devotees: men in orange and white clothes and women in white, with some participants wearing white and one man in a yellow and white garment. Water bottles sit on the floor near the camera.2010-08-25January 27 20072007-01-27January 27 20072007-01-27
