March 03 20092009-03-03A photograph of a ceremonial moment on a stage. A man in a bright orange turban and orange robe, wearing a white flower garland, sits on an ornate gilded throne with red and orange cushions and leans forward to place a saffron cloth on the head of a woman bowing before him. She wears a bright orange robe and glasses, and bows with her hands raised. Behind them is a gold-decorated backdrop with a painted elephant-motif hanging and red and orange floral garlands. Swamiji (probable): the seated man in the orange turban and rudraksha-style orange robe on the ornate throne, placing a cloth on the bowing devotee in an honouring ceremony.2008-07-17December 31 20092009-12-31Two men stand on a stage before a deep magenta curtain. On the left, an older man wears an orange turban, orange kurta, sunglasses, and a beaded mala, pointing with one hand and smiling. On the right, a man with long dark hair and a red bindi wears a red-and-gold silk shawl, a red flower garland, gold necklaces, and a rudraksha mala, holding an open book and pointing. Gold-toned shapes and a partly visible hand appear at the left edge.2013-01-31A photograph of a ceremony on an ornate golden throne draped with red and tiger-striped cushions. A smiling figure in orange robes, an orange turban and a white and multicoloured flower garland sits on the throne, reaching out to place an orange cap onto the head of a kneeling devotee in orange clothing. A second orange-robed man stands behind, his hand resting on the kneeling man's head. Behind them are a large floral backdrop with yellow and maroon blossoms and blue-and-white striped panels. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure wears an orange turban, long dark hair, an orange robe and a flower garland, a presentation that matches the page's Swamiji reference.2008-07-17A photograph of an indoor stage event with a draped backdrop in yellow, purple and cream and floral arrangements. In the centre, a man in a saffron-orange turban and matching saffron robe, with long dark hair, smiles broadly while receiving a printed certificate from another man in a glossy orange robe. Seated behind them are a man in a blue shirt with hands folded and a man in a striped shirt with hands in anjali, both on carved wooden chairs. Another saffron-clad figure stands at the left edge beside a wooden lectern.2009-03-03March 16 20142014-03-16November 22 20092009-11-22A seated figure in a saffron-orange sleeveless robe with a rudraksha mala and a dark brown rudraksha necklace sits on a red and gold throne-like seat with an ornate gold backrest, placing a hand on the head of a man in a white dhoti and white shirt who wears a rudraksha mala and a gold bracelet and stands with his hands folded at his chest. A second man in white with a white-marked forehead and gold necklace stands in the background, and a small wooden table with a tray and a gold-coloured item is visible. The orange-robed figure is a probable Swamiji by appearance cues including swept-back long hair, saffron robe and rudraksha malas, and the image is a photo showing the blessing of a devotee.2010-10-19July 17 20082008-07-17July 07 20092009-07-07A photograph of a seated man in saffron-orange robes and a long gold-bead rudraksha-style necklace, with long swept-back dark hair, smiling broadly on an ornate gold throne with a red cushion.
