Outdoor crowd scene at a festival ground under an overcast sky, with trees, a blue tarpaulin-covered stall and a colourful bunting-decorated pavilion behind. A central figure in a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl wears a long multi-strand gold-coloured garland and smiles, with long swept-back dark hair and a bare upper body. Around him, men in saffron and orange robes and white dhotis and shirts press close, some with raised hands and folded palms, while a white-clad man with long hair in a white shirt gestures beside them. Several bald men in white and orange attire surround the group, one wearing a rudraksha mala.2010-12-29July 08 20092009-07-08July 10 20092009-07-10July 07 20092009-07-07Outdoor gathering at a large open ground under a grey sky, with a striped tent and trees behind. A central figure with long dark hair wears an orange-saffron robe with a gold-edged shawl and a heavy garland of golden-yellow beads, raising one hand in greeting while a crowd reaches up with raised palms. Around him, men in orange and saffron robes with rudraksha malas stand beside a man in a white shirt and black trousers with an ID lanyard, and a man in a white shirt and saffron shawl with a rudraksha mala on the lower right. The central figure has distinctive long hair, a shawl, and ornate gold-bead garland, consistent with the page's Swamiji label, so this is a probable identification from appearance cues. Many people are visible, including partially cropped figures at the edges.2010-12-29December 29 20102010-12-29Outdoor crowd scene at a festival grounds. A central figure with long dark swept-back hair, a red-orange robe and a large garland of white and yellow flowers with green leaves is smiling and pressing palms together in greeting; the figure is shown with appearance cues consistent with a person, so treat identity as uncertain. Around him, devotees in white dhotis and shirts, some with orange and red shawls, stand and kneel; a man in an orange robe with a rudraksha-style mala at left extends an arm toward the group. A bald man in an orange shawl with white tilak marks stands behind. Bunting strings and a decorated canopy with red and white fabric rise in the background, with scaffolding and a banana plant nearby.2010-12-29Outdoor photo of a festival procession crowd. At left, a smiling man with long dark hair wears a red headband, an orange saffron wrap, a floral garland of white jasmine and red-green blooms, and a gold ornamental pendant necklace; he raises his arm. Around him, many men wear white kurtas and orange headbands and scarves, several raising hands and raising sticks. At right, a tall gold-coloured ornate pole is visible. A black-clad man with an orange headband is seen from behind in the foreground. Partially visible vehicle lettering appears at the top edge.2007-12-25A photograph of a crowd during a festival procession. In the centre, a man with long dark hair, a peacock feather fixed to a red headband, and an orange-red shawl over bare shoulders smiles broadly. He wears a white floral garland with green leaves and red flowers and a heavy gold bead necklace. Around him, devotees in white kurtas and orange shawls raise their fists and cheer. Several wear orange headbands and forehead marks, and a man on the right in white and orange lifts his arm. Swamiji (probable): the central figure's long hair, peacock-feather headband, saffron-orange wrap, rudraksha-style gold beadwork and floral garland match the cues the page describes.2007-12-25A photograph of a large crowd outdoors, many people in white and dressed in bright clothes, with petals falling through the air. Centre frame, a man in an orange-red turban and saffron robe, wearing a thick white and red flower garland, smiles broadly while being greeted. Beside him an older man in white shirt and glasses, and a monk in saffron with a rudraksha mala, stand close. A woman in a cream sari with a dark bun faces away at left, hands joined in greeting. Several onlookers press in at the edges. Probable Swamiji cues: long swept-back hair, saffron robe, flower garland, orange turban; the page identifies him as present, though this is an appearance-based label only.2008-07-27July 03 20122012-07-03
