October 08 20112011-10-08A smiling man with long dark hair and a red bindi sits before an ornate gold repoussé backdrop, wearing an orange sleeveless wrap and a long rudraksha mala. He holds a gold trident, a Shiva symbol, in his lap. Cues are distinctive: the saffron wrap, rudraksha beads and gilded throne suggest the a person candidate, so the appearance-based label is a person, seen in person.2010-08-08A man with long swept-back dark hair sits smiling on an ornate gold throne with a red velvet backrest, decorated with carved floral scrollwork and a small gilded deity medallion at the top. He wears a sleeveless saffron-orange robe, a long gold bead necklace with a gold trident pendant, and a white and red tilak on his forehead. His hands are folded in his lap. Behind the throne is a backdrop of trees, and gold lion-head armrest ornaments are visible at the lower edges. Swamiji (probable): the long swept-back hair, saffron robe, rudraksha-style gold bead mala and ceremonial throne match the page's identification, so the figure is labelled as a probable in-person candidate.2010-09-18February 17 20132013-02-17A smiling man with long dark wavy hair and a red bindi sits on an ornate gilded throne with lion-carved armrests and arched backrest. Behind him, a large painted figure in orange with a garland and a staff stands in the background. The gold throne, red velvet cushions and lion statues are prominent. Swamiji (probable): the long hair, saffron clothing, gold necklace and rudraksha cues on a throne match the page's claim that Swamiji attended this event.2012-04-27A man seated cross-legged on an ornate gold-carved throne with cushioned gold upholstery, smiling and gesturing with clasped hands. He wears an orange turban with a red tilak mark on the forehead, an orange shawl draped over one shoulder with gold trim, and a long dark rudraksha mala around his neck. Long dark hair falls past his shoulders. Behind him is a garland of yellow, red and purple flowers against a warm backdrop. The seat's gold relief includes a deity-like motif. Swamiji (probable): long hair, orange turban, saffron clothing and rudraksha mala, seated as the speaker on the throne during a discourse.2011-09-15PhotoAlbum +1 copiesDecember 17 20112011-12-17December 27 20092009-12-27December 20 20092009-12-20February 22 20132013-02-22 +1 copiesApril 17 20132013-04-17 +2 copies
