Two green plastic birds are clipped to his garland. Around him, men in saffron wraps with gold necklaces and white dhoti-clad devotees walk along a paved path, with a hillside and orange containers behind. The central figure has distinctive long hair, ornate gold-and-rudraksha adornment and saffron clothing, matching the swamiji cues. Several people are visible, a few partly cropped at the edges.2012-07-03Outdoor temple-area photo under a corrugated shade canopy. A man with long swept-back dark hair, a red bindi and a rudraksha mala, wearing an orange saffron robe, raises his right palm in blessing toward a crowd of devotees with hands pressed together in namaste. A shaved-headed monk in orange stands in the right foreground, and a bald man in a white dhoti and shawl is at the far right. Behind the crowd are ornate golden temple pillars and a pink-trimmed shrine structure.2010-09-18
