Night procession at a festival ground lit by strings of red, green and blue lights. A performer in a large white costume with a painted bull-like head, pink nose and horns dances forward, his white cloth flaring out. Several men in white dhotis with gold-bordered cloth and white shirts behind him clap and gesture; one in the centre raises a tall golden trident-shaped staff with a finial. A chain-link fence and parked vehicles are visible behind, with a few people at the edge in white.
