The banner reads Tamil Nadu Nithyananda Sangha, Maha Kumbh Mela Patha Yatra, with Paramahamsa Nithyananda in Tamil and English and a small Indian flag. Behind the banner, a cutout or portrait figure in an orange-red turban, rudraksha-style beaded garland and gold necklaces is raised with one hand, and several women and girls in saris and salwars hold red flags and multicoloured embellished umbrellas.
