In the foreground, grey concrete block walls are being built, with stacks of loose blocks and a pile of sand between them. Behind the walls stands a long white single-storey building with a corrugated metal roof, its doorways and windows showing. Blue tarpaulin hangs at one end and a few workers are visible near the wall line. No a person candidate is present.

A long, unfinished concrete block wall runs diagonally across the frame on bare reddish-brown earth. The wall has rectangular openings at the top and a row of small square vents, and several white PVC pipes and fittings run along its base in the dirt. A small green tree stands at the left under a pale sky, and a wooden stake leans against the wall. No people are visible; this is a construction site photograph.
