A construction scene at a whitewashed building wall beside a large reddish-brown wooden panelled door standing open to a dark interior. Two men stand outside on the right: one younger man in a cream shirt with an orange-red head cloth, and an older man in a red and white checked shirt with an orange turban. Two more figures are visible inside the doorway, and a partially visible person sits at the far right edge. Two blue-grey drums or barrels sit on the concrete plinth in the foreground, and white paint marks are visible on the door.

A construction site at an ashram compound in daylight under an overcast sky. A pink-washed building with a corrugated metal canopy on rusty posts stands at left, with a stack of cement bags on a concrete step beside its brown door. Beyond, a white-painted building has yellow-green double doors and a fresh concrete entrance apron. Two workers in light clothing stand on bare earth between the buildings, and a white wall at right has red and white vertical stripes. Trees and a thin utility pole sit in the background.

A photograph of two men plastering a grey concrete block wall outdoors beside a tree. The man in front wears a cream or light yellow shirt and white dhoti and holds a metal bucket and trowel against the wall. The man behind wears a checked shirt, white dhoti and a red headband and rests a hand on the wall. Stacked red clay roof tiles and concrete blocks lie on the ground, along with a red metal trolley, a green folding chair, a blue tarpaulin and a black bucket. The wall is partly finished, with a fresh smooth coat on the right and bare blocks on the left.

A dusty open yard beside a newly rendered grey breeze-block compound wall with a red-brown metal gate on the right. Two men stand at the wall applying plaster or paint: one in a white shirt and light trousers, the other in a light shirt with a red head cloth. Around them lie stacked red clay tiles, blue tarpaulin, sacks, a red metal frame, a green bucket, a plastic chair and a small white outbuilding with a red-framed window. A cream two-storey building with a black water tank stands at the right edge under a pale sky with a leafy tree behind the wall.

A photograph of an unfinished concrete block building under construction at an outdoor site with bare earth and scattered debris. A red metal door leans against the wall beside the doorway, and a wire-mesh window is set into the wall. In the foreground a young girl in a green and yellow dress crouches beside a metal sheet and a red frame. Behind the building, a man in a checked shirt and dhoti squats near a blue barrel, and buckets, a trowel and sand lie on the ground. Corrugated sheet roofing and a palm frond appear at the edges.

Outdoor construction work beside a terracotta-coloured building with red wooden doors and shutters. A man in a striped shirt and dark trousers stands on a metal ladder, reaching up to a wooden beam of a timber pergola frame. Three men stand below in conversation: one in a beige shirt and green checked head cloth holds a vertical log, another in a white shirt and jeans stands beside him, and a man in a dark t-shirt and red cap faces the frame. A fourth man in a white shirt and red head cloth stands behind them. Stacked corrugated sheets, pots with plants and a coiled hose lie on the ground, with green shrubs behind.

The man on the right wears a pale yellow shirt and white dhoti and is applying plaster with a trowel, holding a bucket in his other hand. The man on the left wears a checked shirt, white dhoti and a red headband and holds a green bucket. Stacks of terracotta roof tiles and concrete blocks lie on the ground in front, with a red metal trolley, a folded blue tarpaulin, a green folding chair, and paint tins at the left edge. Trees overhang the wall above.

A photograph of a building under construction with four workers plastering a concrete room. On the left, a man in white shirt and striped top leans over a wet mortar patch on the floor in rubber boots. Beside him, a man in a white shirt and cap bends over the wall with a trowel, while a man in a pink checked shirt and white dhoti stands watching near a small wooden stool. In the foreground at lower right, a smiling woman in a white top and red patterned skirt with a pink headscarf kneels, wearing white gloves. Grey plastered walls, a wooden ladder and bamboo scaffolding fill the background. No a person depiction or in-person candidate is visible.

A photograph of a whitewashed concrete-block building with a cylindrical yellow water tank on its roof and a small blue sign reading Nithya Keerthanalayam beside a black door. In the foreground on a dirt path, several women in saris and head cloths carry bags and yellow containers, and one figure in white clothes walks past. Green patches of grass and a few small plants border the bare ground, and a rough stone step sits at left under a cloudy sky.
