The figure has long dark braided hair, bangles, and stands barefoot on a leopard-print cushion over a striped mat. Behind the stone ledge stand a brass lamp stand and a small deity figure in blue and gold, with a pink curtain at the back. The person is one physical individual performing puja-style reverence.2017-09-05September 05 20172017-09-05February 13 20182018-02-13 +1 copiesSeptember 05 20172017-09-05A person with long black dreadlocks and a rust-red wrap over a red-orange garment bends forward at a carved stone altar or plinth, pressing their forehead and hands to its edge in reverent prostration. Gold bangles and a gold ornamental cord are visible, along with a few red flower petals on the stone step. Brass lamps and a tall brass stand are nearby, with a patterned striped mat and leopard-print cloth on the floor. The scene appears to be a temple or ashram shrine during a devotional act.2017-08-02
