A photograph of a padapuja ceremony in a temple-like hall. A seated figure on the left wears a maroon garment, a red and white garland, gold bangles and an armlet, and sits on a red throne-like seat, looking to the side. Beside him, a bald man in an orange robe with a yellow and white garland sits on the same seat. Devotees in white shirts and a woman in a gold-bordered sari bow low, one pouring water or offering over a plate with a lit oil lamp in front of the seated figures. Other men in white clothing and a woman in a golden sari stand in the background, and a bald man in orange sits in the upper left.

A photograph of a padapuja-style honouring inside a decorated hall. Seated on a red cushioned chair at left is a person in a rust-maroon wrap with long dark hair in a bun, wearing gold armlets and a garland of white and yellow flowers. Beside them sits a shaved-headed monk in orange robes with a red and white garland. A woman in a gold-bordered brown sari bends low with a brass plate and lit oil lamp at the feet of the seated figures. Behind them, men in white shirts and dhotis and a few others in orange stand watching, and a kumkum-marked plate lies on the floor. The scene reads as a devotional honouring of the seated figures.
