A bearded man in the centre wears a leopard-print cloth turban with a crescent emblem, a heavy gold necklace with a large gold pendant, a red-brown robe and a gold-studded belt, smiling as he walks. Behind him a attendant holds a long gold staff rising to the canopy. On the left, a bare-chested man with a rudraksha mala carries a pink-and-white cloth-wrapped silver pot holding a green plant. Many people behind them, mostly in orange and red robes, press palms together in anjali, and some white-clad devotees stand at the left edge. Silver covered vessels sit on a striped cloth in the foreground. The scene suggests a ritual procession.2017-10-08May 02 20172017-05-02A night-time procession under a large canopy with red, yellow, blue and teal tassels hanging from its rim. A central man with long dark hair piled up and a crescent ornament, wearing a rust-brown robe, heavy gold necklaces and a thick red and white flower garland, smiles and raises one hand in greeting; he appears to be Swamiji (probable) based on his long hair, ornate gold jewellery and garland. Around him, men in white dhotis with gold borders and rudraksha malas carry silver staffs and a silver trident, and a large decorated umbrella with red and gold panels rises behind. Several people are visible in the crowd, and the crowd at the left edge is partially visible.2016-07-19October 08 20172017-10-08Night procession at a temple courtyard.
