Indoor yoga session on a polished tiled floor. In the foreground a man in white kurta and white trousers lies on a lime-green yoga mat, knees bent and feet flat, hands near his sides in a relaxed posture. Behind him, several other practitioners are on mats: one in blue checked clothing bends forward, another in white rests on a pink mat, and a figure in dark clothing lies at left. Metal pillars stand between the mats and a small silver bowl sits at the lower left corner.2011-08-28Photograph of people lying supine on yoga mats during a relaxation session on a grey concrete floor. In the foreground a man in a white t-shirt and cream trousers lies on a green mat with his eyes closed, one hand resting in a mudra on his abdomen and a black wristwatch on his wrist. Behind him a man in white with grey hair and glasses lies on a blue mat beside a cream and orange bag, and further back another person in dark clothing lies on a mat. Most wear white or light kurta-style clothing and some wear dark or coloured garments. Foreground figures include an older man in white with his legs lifted over his head, and a bald man in a pinkish-brown dhoti stretched on a green mat. Rows of participants fill the room toward a stage area at the back. No single figure is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance cues, so no candidate is named.2009-12-14A large group of people in white clothing lie on their backs on orange mats in a hall, with their hands placed over their heads and arms folded beneath or resting on their foreheads. Many wear white kurtas and pants, some with dark shorts or tracksuit bottoms visible. A woman in a dark top lies near the centre-right. Blue and red woven mats lie beside the group, and a plastic water bottle and a black cap sit at the bottom left.2010-02-09September 13 20132013-09-13July 07 20092009-07-07 +1 copiesA photograph of a large hall where many people lie on their backs on blue, yellow and pink yoga mats, performing a supine yoga posture with legs raised and resting. Most wear white shirts and white trousers, while others wear t-shirts, shorts and track pants. In the background stands an empty ornate golden throne-style seat with red upholstery and a golden chair beside a red banner with a sun motif, and a golden shrine with a yellow banner hangs from the ceiling. Tall lattice screens and a backdrop with a forest photograph complete the setting.2009-06-04December 12 20112011-12-12
