June 04 20182018-06-04Night-time outdoor ritual at a brick building with a wooden double door, lit by bright floodlights under a corrugated roof. Several people in saffron-orange robes move around a stepped platform and an offering area with small lamps and flowers in front of the entrance. Rows of seated devotees, many with bare upper bodies and white dhoti-style cloths, and some women in light saris, face the stage from chairs and stone paving in the foreground. A figure in white stands at the right edge beside another doorway. The scene suggests a seva or puja being performed for an audience, though no single person is clearly identifiable from the image alone.2018-05-10Night photograph of a large seated group of devotees on a paved courtyard beside a red corrugated wall, many in white traditional clothing with rudraksha malas. Several women in front wear cream and gold sarees and white dhotis appear on the men's side, while a person in orange robes stands at left centre near the lamps. Floodlights and green tarpaulin screens fill the background. A deity murti adorned with garlands of yellow and orange flowers sits on a blue-draped pedestal at left, and a tall framed altar with lit lamps is visible at right.
