Each pot holds a green coconut with a mango-leaf bundle and tied palm-leaf strands. Yellow and red flower garlands drape across the pots, and gold-and-white silk cloth wraps them, with jewelled ornaments and pearl strands hanging down. A small oil lamp burns at the lower right against a dark background. No people are visible.2018-01-28A photograph of a decorated ceremonial seat with an ornate silver-toned throne back and base, draped with two covered forms wrapped in cream and gold-bordered white cloth and a deep green and maroon silk cloth with gold zari. Garlands of white jasmine-like flowers, red roses and pink blossoms, with green leaves and palm-leaf ornaments, adorn the arrangement. Brass oil lamps with lit flames stand on either side. A red and gold beaded motif decorates the white cloth. No people are visible; the scene shows an ornamental seat or altar arrangement for a ritual setting.2017-10-01October 01 20172017-10-01
