A bald man in a red top with a gold-bordered red shawl stands on a red and patterned carpet, holding a microphone in one hand and a sheet of paper in the other while speaking. Behind him a large banner reads "SHIVA SUTRAS" with a portrait of a smiling man in a white turban. To the right, a red-curtained alcove holds a framed portrait of a man in a white turban garlanded with flowers, and a white cushioned seat. A small table holds flower arrangements and a red-cloth-covered table with a bowl. A second man in a red shawl stands partly behind the speaker. The setting appears to be a hall with draped blue and red fabric and a whiteboard at right.
