The altar is decorated with marigold garlands, a red silk cloth, and a jewelled gold-and-silver adornment on a conical kalasha-like form; flanking it are yellow lions, a multi-headed cobra and two seated kneeling devotee figures in red with folded hands. Incense sticks stand in a metal holder and brass vessels sit on a teal base. Gold-embroidered drapery and a gilded arch frame the scene.2015-07-20February 16 20162016-02-16August 21 20142014-08-21Night photo of a priest in an orange dhoti performing an aarti or abhishekam at a decorated shrine altar. He is bare-chested with a red rudraksha mala and holds a ritual vessel and flame toward a copper-coloured pot atop a tiered structure garlanded with yellow marigolds and red roses. Carved lions and a coiled serpent flank the base, and a brass oil lamp stands at right. A large fire pit with bright flames blazes in the foreground. The priest's head and face are partly visible; his hair is tied up.2016-02-16July 20 20152015-07-20July 07 20092009-07-07
