Left panel: three boys in white ritual clothes sit on a purple cloth scattered with yellow and white flowers, one holding a small object, another wearing a sacred thread. Right panel: a man in white dhoti and shawl with bare chest, holding a lit incense or lamp, stands before a large black Shivalinga on a white platform, with brass bowls, a kalasha and oil lamps; a deity murti with a painted face is behind, and rows of small lamps glow in the background. Other people in white sit near the murti.2010-10-16 +1 copies
