June 21 20152015-06-21June 21 20152015-06-21A seated figure in a red and gold turban and saffron-red garments, with a rudraksha-style beaded necklace, extends his right hand to bless a kneeling man in a white shirt who places his palm to his forehead. A tall silver trident stands beside them, and a golden ornament is visible at lower left. Behind them, a woman in white with a dark rudraksha mala holds a small offering, and a row of standing people in white and orange clothing watches. The setting is an indoor hall with air conditioning and a window. The seated figure's appearance shows several cues (turban, saffron clothing, beaded necklace, trident) but the image is not clearly identifiable, so the identity is uncertain.2015-06-21June 21 20152015-06-21October 14 20152015-10-14June 21 20152015-06-21October 25 20152015-10-25June 21 20152015-06-21A seated guru in a red-orange turban, bare-shouldered in orange and gold draped cloth, wears a beaded rudraksha-style mala and places his right palm on the head of a kneeling young man. The young man has a shaved head, faces down with hands pressed in anjali, and wears a white dhoti-style cloth with gold border and a mala. Behind them are a gold kalasha-like ornament and a gold-topped staff, with a white air conditioner, window and plant in the room. Appearance suggests a person seated in a blessing posture, conferring blessing on a devotee.2015-06-21A seated man in a rust-red turban, saffron-orange robe with gold trim and a rudraksha mala extends his right arm to touch the forehead of a younger man in white dhoti and shawl with gold border and a red rudraksha necklace. Gold lion-head armrests and red upholstered seating frame the scene, with a silver ceremonial staff visible above. Behind them a woman in a white sari with a red-bordered shawl and a beaded necklace looks on. The figure in red and saffron has distinctive turban, robe and mala cues, so this is a probable Swamiji appearance seated on a throne in an in-person blessing.2015-06-21 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated figure in a red-orange turban and saffron-and-red draped garment, with a rudraksha-style red bead necklace and gold ornaments, pressing a sacred mark onto the forehead of a man in white ritual clothing with a red-orange mala around his neck.
