Behind them stand an ornate silver throne with leopard-print cushions and tall silver staffs topped with a trident and a decorative finial. The purple-lit stage backdrop suggests a ritual initiation. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure has long swept-back hair, a rust-orange wrap, a gold pendant necklace and a throne, meeting the guideline cues for a candidate presence.2018-05-17 +1 copiesMay 17 20182018-05-17May 06 20182018-05-06A photograph of a seated man on an ornate silver throne with lion-head armrests and a red velvet curtain behind him. He wears an orange-brown robe, a white tilak with a red dot on his forehead, a rudraksha mala, and a leopard-print cloth around his waist. He extends his right hand to touch the head of a bare-chested devotee in white dhoti and red beaded necklace, who kneels before him with raised hands. A woman in an orange robe with long dreadlocked hair sits to the left, supporting the devotee's arm. The scene suggests a blessing or initiation. The seated man is an appearance-based probable Swamiji candidate: long swept-back hair, orange robe, rudraksha mala and throne, with the page noting his presence.2018-01-22December 09 20152015-12-09May 17 20182018-05-17 +1 copiesApril 04 20172017-04-04
