A bare-chested man in orange-and-maroon dhoti-style wrap with rudraksha-style beads stands centre-left with arms outstretched, beside a woman in cream and gold sari. Around them stand a man in a light blue kurta, a woman in purple and blue patterned sari, a man in white with a sash, and many others in saris, salwar and casual clothes, some wearing lanyards and orange-red shawls. Some onlookers have their backs to the camera, including a woman in orange sari and a woman in pink sari. The bare-chested central figure shows distinctive adornments but his identity is uncertain from appearance alone.

Several people wear white, cream and blue clothing, many with red-and-white or saffron prayer shawls and beaded necklaces. A man in a red-and-white patterned top and a bare-chested man in a saffron-and-orange dhoti stand near the centre, arms folded or hands clasped. A man in a light blue kurta with an orange shawl stands at the centre-right. Women in saris and salwar kameez in yellow, pink and purple stand in the group, and foreign participants in casual clothing and backpacks stand at the front-right. The scene looks like a group gathering at a retreat in Phuket, Thailand.
