A seated figure on a gold ornate palanquin wears a maroon turban, a gold necklace and a maroon garment, with a sheer cloth draped over the shoulder; the figure appears to be a person by appearance cues including the ornate gold seat and ceremonial dress, though this is uncertain. Beside the palanquin a woman in an orange sari with gold jewellery holds red flower garlands, and a man in a maroon and gold dhoti with a shaved head and sandalwood marks offers garlands. On the left a man in a white dhoti with a gold border stands near another man wearing gold jewellery. Flower petals line the base of the palanquin.2015-09-15A temple ritual inside a hall with a gold-and-red throne (peetha) draped with marigold garlands, flanked by silver trident-topped staffs and a gilded umbrella.
