A crowd of saffron-clad sadhus and devotees gathers in a plain whitewashed room. Centre, a smiling man wears a red-orange turban, a red-orange shawl over a saffron-orange cloth, and a heavy beaded gold-toned mala; the page describes him as Swamiji (probable) on the basis of his turban, saffron clothing and mala. Beside him, a grey-bearded man in a pink-orange robe and a bald-headed man in white with a yellow shawl stand close. A young man at right wears a white shawl with red trim and a gold chain. Behind them, a framed picture of a deity with red and orange marigold garlands hangs on the wall, and a window sits at right.

A photograph of a crowded indoor room with concrete block walls and large glass windows, where a central figure in a maroon robe and maroon turban stands wearing a long garland of white and yellow flowers. Several bald priests in saffron-orange shawls and rudraksha malas stand around him, one holding his arm, while a dense crowd of men in white shirts and women in white saris with coloured borders presses in. A framed portrait stands on a red cloth on the back wall. The gathering suggests a pada puja offering at a devotee's house.

Indoor photo of a devotional gathering in a plain room with a white wall. A bare-chested man with long swept-back dark hair, wearing orange and maroon cloth and a beaded rudraksha-style necklace, raises his right palm in blessing toward a kneeling man in a red-and-black checked shirt, who presses his palms together. Around them, several men in white dhotis and shirts, one with orange shawl and vibhuti marks, stand with hands folded in namaste. A shaven-headed man in orange with gold beaded garlands stands at right, and a bearded man in black shirt stands in the background. A white flower garland and ritual objects are visible at lower right. Whether the central figure is a person cannot be established from appearance, so the description uses his role instead.
