Between them sits a shivalinga draped in a pink cloth and garlands. A seated priest in saffron-orange robes sits on a mat at lower left, tending to brass vessels and a plate of offerings. A standing attendant in red stands at right beside an oil lamp. A shaved-headed person in saffron-orange robes stands with back to the camera, hands together in prayer, facing a central deity murti seated on a red-and-gold throne with multicoloured flower garlands. The murti has multiple arms and long dark hair; a lingam-like form and yellow cloth sit before it. A smaller yellow-robed figure stands in a niche to the right, and brass oil lamps flank the shrine on a raised stone platform.2011-12-28ADIKAILASA on 3/14/20222022-03-14July 21 20102010-07-21March 30 20132013-03-30A temple shrine with gilded arches and a red curtain backdrop. A priest with bare upper body and orange cloth wrapped at the waist pours or offers something over a black shivalinga-like stone on a pedestal, held with one hand. Behind him, a large gilded deity murti of a male figure with a trident and a female figure in a red and gold sari sit on a purple-draped throne. Flanking statues include a blue-robed figure with a jeweled necklace on the left and a saint-like figure in red-orange robes with rudraksha beads and a red turban on the right. Brass oil lamps stand on the right, and a small brass pot sits on a side table. Figures are statues, not physical people.2021-08-21Photo 11687391
