Two men sit or stand in the foreground with their backs toward the camera: the man on the left is bare-chested with white ash stripes on his body and a rudraksha mala, and the man on the right wears a dark robe, a long swept-back hair, a bead mala and a white-and-red floral garland. Before them, a golden shrine arch holds a deity murti in red-brown and gold garments with a garland of yellow and red flowers, flanked by a larger deity pair with garlands and a trident. A tall brass lamp stands at right, lit oil lamps sit on a silver tray, and pink and orange flowers are placed on the floor.2017-10-18May 26 20172017-05-26Photograph of a shrine interior with a kneeling worshipper in the foreground, seen from behind, with long dark matted hair and an orange garment, facing a granite niche. Inside the gilded arches stand three large deity murtis draped in garlands of marigold and white flowers: a central four-armed deity with a crown and a bulky figure to its left with a crown, plus a side figure on the right wearing a red-brown garment. Brass oil lamps stand on both sides, and red curtains frame the niches. Carved stone pillars with floral and figure reliefs flank the scene. The worshipper is a single person; the deities are statues.2017-09-27May 26 20172017-05-26September 02 20172017-09-02A temple shrine interior with a dark stone shrine wall and gold-framed niches holding three deity murtis: a central pair seated on a raised platform with a shivalinga, flanked by standing figures wrapped in garlands of yellow and white flowers. A priest in white dhoti and orange-saffron upper cloth, with a rudraksha mala, stands at left near a tray of flower petals. A bare-chested priest with long dark hair, a white flower garland and gold armlets stands at right with his hands near the altar, performing puja. Brass lamps flicker on the altar and red curtains hang behind the niches.2017-10-18A temple shrine inside a stone mandapa with carved pillars and gold-framed niches. Inside the shrine stand deity murtis of a crowned goddess in gold and silver garments and a seated figure with flowing hair, both garlanded with marigold and red-white flower garlands. A brass lamp stand and oil lamps flank the shrine, and a silver yantra-like plate sits on the altar. In the foreground at right, a man with long hair and a saffron-orange garment, wearing a flower garland, stands facing the shrine in quiet devotion. Open courtyard and greenery are visible beyond the curtains.2017-09-02September 02 20172017-09-02
