A photograph of a ritual in a hall before a large gold-coloured deity murti decorated with yellow and white flower garlands. In the foreground, a priest in an orange-red turban, orange cloth and rudraksha mala places his hand on the head of a devotee with black hair who is wearing a white cloth tied over the eyes and a white garment with gold border. Beside them, a woman in an orange blouse with a rudraksha mala and a woman in a white sari with gold border wear similar white eye-cloths, while other white-clad devotees stand behind. A pendant tag is visible on one woman's sari. The priest's appearance is not sufficient to establish a specific identity, so the role is given as priest.2015-11-22A photograph of a ritual scene in a hall with red curtains. A man in a white dhoti with a gold-bordered shawl and a rudraksha mala bends forward with his head bowed, while two men in white and gold-bordered dhotis steady him and press their hands on his head and back. One man wears a red blindfold and another wears a red headband with a dark mala. On the right, a bearded man with long dreadlocked hair wears a saffron-orange wrap, gold ornaments and gold bangles, and places his hand on the bowed man's head. The setting suggests a blessing or initiation rite with several onlookers behind.2016-10-16A photograph of a ritual scene in an indoor hall with a red curtain behind.
