Beside him, a bare-chested priest in a red-and-gold dhoti and shawl, with a shaved head and spectacles, leans in holding a bundle of flower garlands and a brass container. Behind them hang deep maroon curtains. The seated man is an appearance-based a person candidate with a saffron garment, rudraksha mala and garland, seated on a throne.2015-06-04June 04 20152015-06-04June 04 20152015-06-04April 28 20152015-04-28November 16 20132013-11-16Indoor stage event before a deep plum velvet curtain. A seated man on an ornate gold throne with a carved arched back wears saffron-orange robes, a rudraksha mala and a long ceremonial garland of gold-toned beads, and holds a small red flower or offering as he smiles. Two men in orange and salmon-coloured dhotis stand at left; one, bald and bespectacled, leans in and holds a silver tray with a kalasha-style vessel. A woman in a white saree with a small floral pattern stands at right with folded hands near her waist. The seated figure has a person appearance (long swept-back hair, saffron robes, rudraksha and ceremonial garland), in an attending role. A tiger-skin cushion lies on the throne steps. The seated figure has a white marking on the forehead and hands raised to the head. A bald man in a white dhoti-style garment with a red border bows forward, pressing his head against the seated figure's arm. The setting is an indoor event with warm bokeh lights in the background. The seated figure matches the distinctive presentation cues of a person: long swept hair, saffron clothing and a beaded necklace, so the identity is an appearance-based label only. The bowing man in white is a devotee receiving a blessing.2010-10-15Annadhan in 20132013-01-01 +1 copiesOctober 10 20172017-10-10 +2 copiesAnnadhan during Allahabad Kumbhamela 20132013-01-01 +1 copies
