A decorated palanquin-style float at night carries a bearded sadhu seated in the centre, wearing an orange-saffron turban and a garland of yellow and orange marigolds, with silver armlets and a rudraksha-style necklace. Around him stand attendants in orange and red robes and orange turbans, one holding a long white fly-whisk (chamara) and another a metal staff topped with a silver finial. Above them a silver umbrella with embossed figures shields the seat, and a framed portrait stands on the float, its label not legible. The float is covered in green foliage and pink and yellow flowers, with strings of lights above and an orange flag with an Om symbol in front. Several onlookers and attendants fill the foreground, and a banner with Hindi script is visible at the right.
