A dark stone or metal linga-like murti sits on a base heaped with yellow marigold garlands and white jasmine strands, with a red cloth beneath. A brass arched niche frames it against a white tiled wall. Brass oil lamps with lit wicks burn on both sides, including a tall lamp topped with a bird figure, and a large circular brass lamp with many lit wicks glows above. Brass and clay vessels, a small plate with red kumkum powder and a tray with a green packet sit in front. No people are visible.2018-04-29April 29 20182018-04-29 +2 copiesA dim temple shrine lined with white tiles. A priest in a dark garment with a bare upper back stands at a small garlanded deity murti, placing a garland of yellow marigolds and red flowers on it. A brass oil lamp with a bird finial and several small lamps burn nearby, and a brass tray holds offerings, a lime and a metal vessel. A man in a white dhoti with a yellow border stands at the left edge. A circular illuminated backdrop with a deity face sits behind the murti. The scene reads as a temple puja with flower garlanding and lamp worship.2018-04-29April 29 20182018-04-29 +1 copiesApril 29 20182018-04-29 +2 copiesA photograph of a small shrine interior with a Shiva lingam set in a bronze arch, garlanded with yellow and red marigolds and a white flower garland.
